Welcome to Walnut Creek Estates
We hope that you are as delighted as we are with the scenic
views, rolling countryside, walking and riding trails and natural
common areas at Walnut Creek Estates.
This beautiful development grew out of a dream that we had of
owning land in the country yet maintaining a neighborhood
setting. We wanted to have enough land to walk and ride horses,
but not be isolated from neighbors.
Allow us to introduce ourselves. Nina and John Fricke, and
Kimberly and Todd DeYoung are the owners of Fridey Enterprises,
LLC. Kimberly and Todd have a young son and daughter. They
wanted their children to have the experience of living on a small
farm, but also have nearby friends and safe streets for biking.
Nina and John wanted to keep their mares and young foals
nearby, but still have neighborhood amenities such as paved
roads, underground utilities, and a sewer system. Nina and
Kimberly wanted to have an indoor arena in which to ride their
horses during inclement weather.
Walnut Creek Estates, and the neighboring High Point Equestrian
facility are the results of our efforts.
Come out and explore the charm of the development. If you listen
closely you might hear the “swoooosh” of the great horned owl
that lives near the High Point Equestrian site. You might also see
the red-tailed hawk, or during a walk on the trail you might see
deer or other wildlife. They all are our neighbors at Walnut Creek
Estates. Won’t you be our neighbor, too?
